Before signing the delivery receipt, please check your product's box for any damage or issues. If there is any damage, deficiency, or if the package tape is open for any reason, please return your package and request the courier to draw up an official report without signing any delivery document. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be immediately shipped to you. We are not responsible for damage or missing contents if products with damaged boxes or alleged missing contents are accepted.
