GENERAL:

1. When you place an electronic order through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws in force, regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.

3. Shipping fees, which are the delivery costs of the product, shall be paid by the buyers.

4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and accompanied by documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.

6. In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of it, and the total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT IS NOT PAID: 

1. If the Buyer does not pay the purchase price of the product or cancels it in bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

1. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used for payment was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the Seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the Seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS

1. If unforeseeable force majeure circumstances occur that prevent the Seller from delivering the product on time, the Buyer shall be informed. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order and made the payment in cash, the amount shall be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and the Buyer cancels, the product price shall be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it is possible that the bank transfers it to the Buyer’s account within 2–3 weeks.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

1. The Buyer shall inspect the goods/service subject to the contract before accepting delivery; damaged or defective goods/services such as dented, broken, or torn packaging shall not be accepted from the shipping company. The received goods/services will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The Buyer must protect the goods/services carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to them or to the person/organization at the address specified, by notifying the Seller through the contact information provided below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

1. If the Buyer has purchased a service, the 3-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts that have commenced with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires.

2. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Seller.

3.To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the Seller by registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email within 3 (THREE) days, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” in this agreement.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

1.The invoice of the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party must be returned. (If the invoice of the product to be returned is issued to a company, it must be sent back together with a return invoice issued by the company. Returns of corporate orders cannot be completed without a RETURN INVOICE.)

1. The return form, product box, packaging, and all standard accessories, if any, must be delivered completely and undamaged.

2. The Seller must refund the total amount and any documents that place the Buyer under debt within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice and must receive the returned product within 20 days.

3. If the product’s value decreases or return becomes impossible due to the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer shall compensate the Seller’s losses in proportion to their fault. However, the Buyer shall not be liable for changes or deteriorations resulting from the proper use of the goods or product within the withdrawal period.

4. If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the total amount to fall below the campaign limit set by the Seller, the discount applied under the campaign shall be canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:

1. Products prepared according to the Buyer’s request or clearly tailored to their personal needs, products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, lower parts of underwear, swimwear bottoms, cosmetic products, disposable goods, products subject to rapid deterioration or those that may expire, and products that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons after the packaging is opened by the Buyer are not eligible for return. Products mixed with other goods after delivery and that cannot be separated by nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines (except those provided under a subscription agreement), services performed instantly in electronic form, or intangible goods instantly delivered to the consumer, as well as sound or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data storage devices, and computer consumables whose packaging has been opened by the Buyer cannot be returned in accordance with the Regulation. Additionally, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, as well as stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), must have unopened packaging and must be untested, undamaged, and unused to be eligible for return.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

1. If the Buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, they agree, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest and be responsible to the bank in accordance with the credit card agreement between them and the card-issuing bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action, and the Buyer shall bear all resulting costs and attorney’s fees. In any event, if the Buyer defaults on payment, they agree to compensate the Seller for any damages or losses suffered due to the delayed fulfillment of the debt.
